Metafile driver list for Intel GEM

The GEM Metafile driver is used to record drawing operations to a disk file. This is usually done when printing; rather than a program loading the printer driver itself, it writes to a metafile and then calls Output to print the metafile.

Drivers marked thus are believed to exist, or to have existed; but I don't have them.
